"Seussical" is a musical based on the works of Dr. Seuss. The musical opened on November 30, 2000 at the Richard Rodgers Theater and starred David Shiner as the Cat in the Hat, Kevin Chamberlin as Horton the Elephant, Anthony Blair Hall as Jojo, Janine LaManna as Gertrude McFuzz, Michele Pawk as Mayzie LaBird, Stuart Zagnit as the Mayor of Whoville, Alice Playten as the Mayor's Wife, Sharon Wilkins as the Sour Kangaroo, and Eric Devine as General Genghis Khan Schmitz. Replacements in the show were Rosie O'Donnell and Cathy Rigby as the Cat in the Hat and Aaron Carter as Jojo.

Avenue Q

"Avenue Q" is a musical with music and lyrics by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx and book by Jeff Whitty. The entire show uses puppets. The show opened in July 2003 and starred John Tartaglia as Princeton and Rod, Stephanie D'Abruzzo as Kate Monster and Lucy T. Slut, Rick Lyon as Nicky, Trekkie Monster, and a Bad Idea Bear, Jennifer Barnhardt as Mrs. T. and a Bad Idea Bear, Natalie Venetia Belcon as Gary Coleman, Jordan Gelber as Brian, and Ann Harada as Christmas Eve.


"Wicked" is a musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and book by Winnie Holzman. the musical opened in October 2003 and starred Kristin Chenoweth as Glinda, Idina Menzel as Elphaba (the Good Witch of the North), and Joel Grey as the Wizard.

Fiddler on the Roof (2004 revival)
"Fiddler on the Roof" is a musical with book by Joseph Stein, music by Jerry Bock and lyrics by Sheldon Harnick. The revival opened on February 26, 2004 and starred Alfred Molina and later Harvey Fierstein as Tevye and Randy Graff and later Andrea Martin and Rosie O'Donnell.

The Light in the Piazza

"The Light in the Piazza" is a musical with book by Craig Lucas and music and lyrics by Adam Guettel and is based on a novella by Elizabeth Spencer. The original Broadway cast starred Victoria Clark as Margaret Johnson, Kelli O'Hara as Clara Johnson and Matthew Morrison as Fabrizio Naccarelli.
